I have to admit, if I had a dog, ‘dog-on-lap’ would be my excuse for anything.

I have to work from 3pm to 11pm (its now 3:18pm here), so Ive got a while to go.

9:20 here and I’ll be working from 1:00 to 10: 30. Sway bars need to get done but it's so easy to be lazy.

That’s a good dog.

I’m stuck at work, and outside my office window I can see my Miata, taunting me. I want to just take a sick day and drive up to the Poconos. But I’m all out of un excused sick days and I don’t have a doctor’s note.

Did you finalize your plans for the rally yet? I never heard back from my host.

Haven't finalized but it seems like Springfield is halfway between points so we'll probably stay there.

I didn’t have a teammate last year so I didn’t go. This year I convinced one of my friends who was stationed in Germany with me to come out.

I’d like to get in contact with semi-locals though. Always good to have car people around. I’ll be in a loud black Mustang or an orange FiST with black stripes.

My biggest piece of advice is to check in as early as possible and plan your route. We got there 15 minutes before the start last year and were left scrambling.

Almost midnight here. I have an appointment with a cardiologist tomorrow morning to see if the arrhythmias I get all the time are something I should be worried about

I also have a box of unopened car parts I’m currently using as a footrest . I should probably also update my username to Needs to fix and sell his 320Ci :P

Check in starts at 7, and we’ll be coming from 45 minutes away so I’m not sure what’s nearby but we might have time for a quick breakfast. We’re going to want to use most of the time from 7-840 to plan, and that's assuming we get up early enough to be on the road by 615.

my grand plan for the weekend is buying shorts... its hot here ( i mean.. we’re having a drought... in the netherlands... wierdness)

I wish I worked a normal job but, I work everyday until the 26th (then I’m off for the Oppo Rally and my buddy is coming out). Only been to the Netherlands a handful of times, mostly Amsterdam (duh, I’m an american) but I also went to Eindhoven on a skateboarding trip, great times always, but it was never hot.

its rarely hot here for very long... warm sure.. but hot.. maybe a couple weeks a year... weathers all kindsa wonky this year.. had a months worth of rain in a couple hours a couple months ago.. now we have a drought....
